The JULY Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the JULY Company, and that connection shapes the work: scholarships, seniors housing guidance, and free real estate education, backed by the knowledge of a full real estate group rather than a single office. Staff and volunteers work side by side, often on the same programs, because the mission does not distinguish between paid and unpaid hours.
We look for people who care about access and dignity as much as real estate itself: patient with seniors making a hard decision, generous with students who are just starting out, and comfortable explaining a technical topic in plain language to a room full of strangers. Whatever your role, the JULY standard is the same: quiet help, done properly.

Program Coordinator
Run the daily operations of a Foundation program, from scholarship applications to seminar logistics, keeping students, seniors, and partner organizations supported at every step.
Volunteer Mentor
Pair with a scholarship recipient or trades apprentice for guidance and encouragement through their studies, drawing on your own experience in real estate, construction, or the trades.
Events Volunteer
Help seminars, conferences, and community fairs run smoothly on the day: greeting guests, managing registration, and supporting speakers so attendees have a welcoming experience.
