JULY Foundation

Our mission.

To put the JULY Company’s daily real estate knowledge to work for the people who benefit from it least: students entering the industry, seniors facing a transition, and anyone who simply wants to understand the market they live in.

Why We Exist

Knowledge should not stay inside the industry.

Every day, the JULY Company works across residential, commercial, presale, and investment real estate. That work builds something beyond revenue: a working understanding of how housing actually functions, who gets taken advantage of, and what it takes to build a career inside the industry.

That understanding is worth the most in the hands of people who are usually left without it. A student who cannot afford tuition. A senior who has never sold a home before and is not sure whom to trust. A first-time buyer sitting across from a contract full of terms nobody explained to them.

The Foundation exists to close that gap, through scholarships, seniors guidance, and free public education, funded and staffed by a company that already does this work for a living.

In Practice

Three commitments the mission makes.

Fund the next generation

Talent and work ethic, not family finances, should decide who enters real estate, construction, and the trades. Every scholarship and bursary exists to make that true for one more student.

Stand beside seniors

A lifetime in one home deserves a graceful next chapter. We give seniors and their families independent, unhurried guidance through one of the hardest housing decisions of their lives.

Teach without a sales pitch

Understanding a mortgage, a contract, or a market should not cost anything. Our seminars exist to make people harder to take advantage of, free of charge and free of an agenda.

Put It to Work
