The JULY Foundation awards scholarships and bursaries to students pursuing real estate, construction, and the skilled trades. Talent and work ethic should decide who enters these careers, not family finances.
Who Can Apply
Three paths we support.
If you are enrolled, or about to enrol, in one of these fields at a college, university, or trade school, we would like to hear from you.
Real Estate & Land Economics
Licensing programs, diplomas, and degrees in real estate, urban land economics, appraisal, and property management.
Construction & Building
Construction management, building technology, civil and structural programs, and related applied studies.
The Skilled Trades
Apprenticeships and trade school programs: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and the other trades that build homes.
A mentor, not just a cheque.
