Real Estate & Land Economics Scholarships
For students who want to spend a career helping people buy, sell, value, and manage property, the first hurdle is often paying for the credential. This scholarship exists to remove that hurdle for the students who have earned their place.
What we do
The JULY Foundation awards scholarships and bursaries to students enrolled in real estate licensing programs, land economics diplomas and degrees, appraisal designations, and property management studies at recognized colleges, universities, and professional institutes.
Awards are applied toward tuition, licensing course fees, textbooks, and exam costs, the expenses that most often stand between a capable student and a completed credential. We do not ask recipients to work for the JULY Company in exchange for support: the award is a gift to a career, not a recruitment tool.
How it works
Start with the general scholarship inquiry form. Tell us your school, your program, and where you are in your studies, and a member of the Foundation team will reply with the application window currently open and the documents you will need, such as proof of enrolment and a short statement of your goals.
Applications are read by people, not software. We look for evidence of commitment: consistent coursework, part time work in the field where possible, and a clear sense of why real estate is the career worth building.
Who it is for
Students enrolled or newly accepted into a real estate licensing course, an urban land economics or property studies program, an appraisal designation track, or a property management diploma. First generation students entering these fields are especially welcome to apply: no industry connections required.
Why JULY
The JULY Company operates across residential, commercial, presale, and investment real estate, which means recipients can be connected, where there is interest on both sides, with mentors who practise in the exact specialty they are studying. Money helps a student stay enrolled. A mentor helps them see what the finished career actually looks like.
